Welcome to a New Season
First, thank you for supporting our effort to help local schools. We’re genuinely excited to kick off a new season with Adopt-A-School Kansas—and 2026 is a milestone year. This year marks the 30th Anniversary of the Adopt-A-School organization and annual golf tournament.
Once again, Rusty Eck Ford, Midwest Toyota-Ford, and Midwest Kia are continuing our program to raise as much money as possible to provide classroom teacher grants. These grants help cover the supplies and books teachers need—items that too often come straight out of their own pockets.
2026 Golf Tournament
In June of 2026, we’ll host our annual golf tournament to benefit teacher “stipends” for classroom supplies and books for Wichita and surrounding schools. Our goal is to raise $150,000 to divide among applying teachers, many from Title I schools serving some of the most underserved children in our area.
Where the Funds Go?
To our local teachers in the Wichita and surrounding area school districts! All funds raised go straight to teachers for classroom materials, which benefits the students as well! Our organization is run strictly by volunteers, so there are no administrative salaries or costs taken from the money raised.
